I have never met such a diligent and dedicated estate agent. She has immaculate principles, integrity and amazing contacts. From the bond origination team all the way through to the clean-up team she organised post move. You can expect things to happen in days, not weeks when you use Jean. My property was listed (and only on her own web site) in the morning and that same afternoon she had 8 clients pitching up for a viewing. 3 hours later, I had 2 signed OTP's, both above asking. The whole deal ran smooth as silk, all this whilst she had to juggle the registration & transfer of 3 other associated properties to accommodate all parties. Julle het uit julle pad gegaan om my ma te ondersteun in alles (kontrak tekening, huis skoonmaak, bokse en meer voorsien vir pak, en nog vele meer!) Die lys hou aan en is te veel om op te noem.
Ons is innig dankbaar dat alles so seepglad verloop het, met geen "hickups" tussen in, alles te danke aan julle.
